CECA Consulting, Inc. is a Texas based consulting corporation which provides services nationwide to construction contractors, manufacturing contractors, owners and sureties in the private, municipal and government sectors. Services include: claims preparation resolution, termination for convenience, CPM scheduling, DCAA audit assistance, delay and impact claims, alternative dispute resolution, and arbitration assistance. CECA's office is located in the Dallas - Fort Worth, Texas Metro Area. CECA can perform its work out of its home office or mobilize to your office or construction site as needed. CECA's consultants have construction, project management, scheduling, estimating and claims preparation and evaluation experience. CECA uses its past experience in construction and government contracting to develop and defend contractors' claims.

CECA also provides services in evaluation and entitlement review of claims, CPM scheduling and DCAA audit assistance.
