Construction Quality Control
CECA can assist your firm in the preparation of a
construction project Quality Control plan. Our associates have many years
MILCON CQC experience, both with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and
the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) and are current with the
requirements of those positions. We can provide an on-site CQC Manager to
fulfill the QC requirement of the MILCON contract by preparing and managing
the CQC Plan, provide submittal preparation and review, administer and track
the testing program and certify phases and activities of the project
schedule for billing purposes, as well as representing your firm in QC
matters during all project meetings. CECA can help prepare the close-out
documents for this position as well.
